Our mission is to provide our Customers with quality PC's and PC parts at low cost, while maintaining a high level of service.
Our regular customers include home PC users (most of them are experienced PC users), small and medium companies, large corporations, government organizations, schools and universities around the country. A small secret we can share with everyone is that despite this being the era of information technology, many customers come to us through word of mouth.
With a show room size of over 350 square metres at Greenslopes, PC Shopper has shown itself to be a competitive, strong performer in the industry. The key to this success is due to concentration on selling top brand-named products whilst remaining committed to customer satisfaction through our excellent after sales service.
We understand service is one of the most important aspects for an online store, and we will endeavour to continue to improve our services to our customers. We will stock only selected quality parts. We will not list prices for parts we do not stock or parts which can not be obtained within a reasonable time period. By doing so, we can provide accurate product information, quick turn around time, and better after sale service.
